This is an original watercolor of the Georgian style doorways that are popular around Dublin Ireland. They were so colorful and pretty that I felt a need to paint them. This particular doorway stood out for me because of the bright yellow and red colors. The brickwork was beautiful too and I wanted to show that in the background. I tried to emphasize that the bricks were not all one color but a mixture of colors.
